Forever Vacation Rentals has managed our property for the last year. Shannon Parmeley and Jilenna Parmeley are professional and courteous, but most importantly, because we do not live in the area they have been able to provide the personal touch we desired. We wanted to update some of the interior furnishings and they quickly provided us with options and then made sure they were installed correctly. My husband and I live in Dallas Texas and own a vacation home in Destin, Fla. When I first spoke with Jilenna 4 1/2 years ago about managing our home, I had an instant good feeling about her character. 4 1/2 years later, I would trust Jilenna and her husband, Shannon, with my most cherished possessions. I am a very detailed and picky person about my home but Jilenna takes care of it like I would if I were there. Shannon is very helpful and has the same attention to detail. Jilenna manages my 2nd home in Destin. She is one of the best house managers I’ve ever had. She is very business savvy, prompt and honest. When there is a task at hand she gets it done immediately. My family rented a vacation home in Destin, Florida through Jilenna. We had made the original reservation through another real estate company, but the house was sold before our rental dates, with Jilenna taking over the property. I was very apprehensive about how this might work, but Jilenna assured me that she would honor all of the terms of the original agreement and was very responsive to all of my requests for contract and payment verifications. We were very pleased with the professional service, the incredible house in Destin, and the Christmas tree that she provided for our family in the rental house.
