FLOORPLAN
⭐ The First Floor offers a Bunk Room with two sets of bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full. This level also includes a full bathroom, a walkout patio, a washer and dryer, ample closet space, and a one-car garage.

On the Second Floor, you'll find the tastefully designed living room, kitchen, guest bedroom, and another full bathroom. Relax in the living room with a large flat-screen TV, or gather in the kitchen with seating for 12. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything needed for gourmet meals. The guest bedroom on this floor is located off the kitchen and includes a king-sized bed, a private deck, and a walk-in closet.

The Third Floor is home to the luxurious King Master Suite, complete with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a walk-in shower with glass doors, and elegant finishes. The Master Suite boasts a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a large walk-in closet. Down the hall, another guest bedroom includes a king-sized bed, private deck, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a second washer and dryer are also on this floor.

Ideally situated in Miramar Beach, this location puts you right between the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach day or a lively night out, Beachwaves @ Driftwood Townhomes provides the perfect home base for your Gulf Coast getaway! 

PET FRIENDLY - IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BRINGING A PET
⭐ We’re happy to welcome up to 2 pets to our property! Your furry friend(s) must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and leashed whenever outside. Please be sure to pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) two. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 + tax for 1 pet and $600 + tax for 2 pets is required and will be charged AFTER the booking is made (this fee is NOT included in the property rental cost). Our Pet Agreement must be signed after booking, along with submission of up-to-date vaccine records valid through the END of your stay. If management is not notified beforehand, an additional $500 fee will apply. Thank you for helping us keep our space enjoyable for everyone!

Other Things to Note:

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Our property accommodates two vehicles: one in the one-car garage and one in the driveway. Additional parallel parking is available throughout the community for larger/extra vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note: trailers are not allowed in the community.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Beach service is not included with the property, but rentals are available through Hunter’s Beach Service. We’re happy to provide their contact information after booking so you can easily reach out for pricing and availability!

BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment! This is a leave-one, take-one set up so we arent able to guarantee what will be available upon arrival. However, guests are welcome to enjoy whatever is there!

POOL
⭐ Just a few doors down from our townhome, you’ll find a wonderful community pool that’s seasonally heated (at the HOA’s discretion) – perfect for enjoying a relaxing swim during your stay! 

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
