⭐ This two-level home sleeps nine guests comfortably with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a spacious loft area. The First Floor has 2 Guest Bedrooms. The 1st Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and sliding door access to the front courtyard. The 2nd Guest Bedroom offers a king-size Bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, amazing views, and private access to the back patio deck. The charming Primary Bedroom is located on the 2nd Floor and features a king-size bed, a 50-inch Smart TV, and access to a private balcony to enjoy the views and a cup of coffee in the morning. The Primary Bathroom is a dream come true and features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and wonderful soaking tub to indulge in at the end of the day. On the 2nd Floor, you will relish the loft area, which would be a great second living space for the kids. The loft area includes a sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and a twin day bed.

⭐ It’s BBQ time as you step out the back sliding doors onto the spacious custom deck where you can enjoy the grilling in the peacefulness and amazing views overlooking Horseshoe Lake. You can even pack your fishing pole for catch and release, walking shoes to enjoy the paths and the green space around the lakes. When ready to play at the beach or make a big splash in the community pool, cross over the bridge steps from the back deck and follow the paths to both. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, town events, and more. You’ll find walking, biking paths, fishing, and swimming out the front door. There are fish in all the ponds in Sandestin®, and you’re welcome to fish in any of them. It’s a catch-and-release program with no fishing license required.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Upon arrival, you will pick up two parking passes from the guard gate. There is no additional cost associated with the parking passes. We have two spaces available for parking, but please note that it is first come, first serve.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Our townhome is located on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the outside courtyard. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.
POOLS / SPA / GRILL / LAKE / COMMUNITY AMENITIES
⭐ There is one community pool right around the corner from our townhome. We also have a gas grill on the patio! Right off the back deck is Horseshoe Lake. You are welcome to fish, but it is a catch-and-release. The pool and spa amenity is for guests 25+ years old only. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/spa. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You cannot add anything to the pool/spa, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
GOLF CART
⭐ If available, you can rent the golf cart for $95/day plus tax. Please note that the resort does not allow outside golf carts or scooters.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property has an entry camera, and the resort has cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Upon arrival, you will pick up two parking passes from the guard gate. There is no additional cost associated with the parking passes. We have two spaces available for parking, but please note that it is first come, first serve.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Our townhome is located on the beachside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the outside courtyard. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.
POOLS / SPA / GRILL / LAKE / COMMUNITY AMENITIES
⭐ There is one community pool right around the corner from our townhome. We also have a gas grill on the patio! Right off the back deck is Horseshoe Lake. You are welcome to fish, but it is a catch-and-release. The pool and spa amenity is for guests 25+ years old only. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/spa. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You cannot add anything to the pool/spa, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
GOLF CART
⭐ If available, you can rent the golf cart for $95/day plus tax. Please note that the resort does not allow outside golf carts or scooters.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property has an entry camera, and the resort has cameras. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
