This beautifully decorated 1st floor villa features 1 bedroom, 2 baths and can easily accommodate 6 people! You'll find this location is the perfect ground floor unit with the small pond and golf course view right off the back patio. In the mornings, you can relax out on your private patio and enjoy a cup of coffee watching the ducks in the pond. You are just steps to the pedestrian bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool and more!
LIVING ROOM
The living room is truly the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or playing golf! Unwind on our comfortable new sleeper sofa as you enjoy your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen has been tastefully designed and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit! Keep the cook company at the kitchen bar, then enjoy dinner at your table for 4. You have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
BEDROOM
The large bedroom features 2 Queen Beds, Flat screen TV, and decorated with soft, coastal colors, you will love relaxing here! This room also includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo to help bath the kids! There is a great walk-in closet to store your luggage.
HALL BATH
The Hall Bath features a walk-in shower and vanity.

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
*Please note that due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. No smoking in the units.
Guest Registration Effective 3/15: Guests will register at EdgewaterRegistration for their Resort Access Registration at a cost of $50.00. This will include 1 parking pass and guests can purchase an additional parking pass for a fee of $30.00. This fee is not included with the cost of the rent. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.
Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort
The unit is on the Golf Villa side of the resort with the private walkover bridge (accessible by foot or by complimentary shuttle). Edgewater Beach Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. On the villa side of the property, you will also find tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, and a basketball court (all available for rent to guests; contact The Club at EBR for pricing on these courts as well as golf). This exquisite resort offers 11 pools, a children's splash pad play area, multiple sun decks, 4 hot tubs, a fitness center/workout studio, and a business/conference center – all accessible to guests. Guests can rent beach chair service, watersports, and beach bonfires through Goin' To The Beach service (3/1-10/31). There is an assortment of dining options available to choose from at the resort - you can dine gulf front at Oceans Bar & Grill, grab a slice at Paradise Pizza (served through Ocean's), and/or enjoy a beverage at either Blender’s Poolside Bar or Shaker's Bar (the latter open seasonally on the weekends). As you explore the resort, you will also find everything from Starbucks coffee to an ice cream parlor to Edgie's Corner Market where you can pick up beach toys for the kids. Edgewater Resort offers complimentary shuttle service throughout the entire resort on both the beach and villa sides of the property.
