This penthouse is spectacularly located right across the street from the beach! At Sugar Sands, you are only steps away from private access to the white sugar sand beaches of Destin; hence the name of this lovely penthouse!
Our penthouse is beautifully decorated in an upscale beach style. The living area is situated near floor-to-ceiling windows facing the southwest, overlooking the pristine emerald-green gulf waters. A formal dining room is separate from the main living area and has sliding glass doors leading out onto the balcony boasting stunning gulf views! The kitchen is very open with brand-new stainless steel appliances and custom-stained cabinetry. Please note the fireplace is not to be used and is capped off at the chimney top.
The master bedroom has rich, hardwood flooring and a comfortable king-sized bed (sleeps 2) with a flat-screen TV for viewing pleasure. The modern master bathroom includes a dressing table in between two separate sink vanities, as well as, a glassed-in shower. The master bedroom closet is one of the largest you will find. The second bedroom (sleeps 2) has a sophisticated contemporary look with a king-sized bed, smart TV and a dresser that richly accents the syrup-toned hardwood floor. The third bedroom with TV, has 2 queen beds making this room perfect when needing a room that sleeps 4. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom.
The Enclave Condominium features a full-sized swimming pool with a large sun deck with restrooms located behind the clubhouse. Just a short walk will take you from the huge pool to the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. You will be able to use the private beach access to the beach. The property also offers two tennis courts with a shared basketball goal, a pickleball court, and a sand volleyball court that is available for you to use anytime during normal hours. An on-site coin laundry facility is available for Guest use located on the same floor.
This astounding location places you minutes away from popular beach-side restaurants. The original Captain Dave’s is within easy walking distance. Championship golf is close by. You are also conveniently close to the nationally known Silver Sands Premium Outlets, as well as, family fun at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. You will love all the wonders that staying at Sugar Sands has to offer!
This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
