The home features a Master Bedroom that includes a T.V, a king size bed and a private bathroom with a combo tub and shower. The Guest bedroom offers Two Double beds and a T.V. Across the hallway is the guest bathroom with a walk in shower. All guest will appreciate the privacy this condo has to offer.
The Enclave features a large swimming pool with a large sun deck and restrooms. Just a short walk will take you from the huge pool to the beautiful emerald gulf waters. You will be able to use the private beach gate to gain access to the beach. The property also offers two tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, pickleball and basketball court that are available for you to use anytime. Coin-operated on-site laundry facility is available for Guest use located on each floor.
This astounding location places you less than a few minutes away from popular beach-side restaurants. In fact, the original Captain Dave’s is within easy walking distance. Championship golf is close by. You are also conveniently close to the nationally known Silver Sands Premium Outlets, as well as, family fun at Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. You will love all the wonders that staying at sugar-white sands the beach has to offer!
