There is also a covered area against the house when ready to dine outside.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental is perfect for a group looking for fun in the Florida sun! This home is ideal as it comfortably sleeps 13 and has plenty of room for a large family or multiple families, couples, or friends to come and make memories. Step inside to enjoy the open living room with a large flat-screen TV, comfy sofa sleeper, and plenty of room for all. If you must work a little on your vacation, there is a desk area in the corner of the living room where you can still enjoy looking out over the pool. The connected family room is great for the kids to have their own space and features smart TV and Futon that can be used as a bed.
The kitchen has been tastefully designed and is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation during your visit! Keep the cook company at the kitchen bar, then enjoy dinner at your table for 6.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
Decorated with soft, coastal colors, you will love relaxing here! Enjoy a comfortable king bed, a private closet, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and a double vanity.
GUEST BEDROOM 1
The 1st guest bedroom features a King bed, a private closet, and a smart TV. The guest bedrooms have a shared bathroom in the hall featuring a tub/shower combo.
GUEST BEDROOM 2
The 2nd guest bedroom offers a Queen bed, a private closet, and a smart TV.
BUNK ROOM
Your kids will love the bunk room that includes two Twin-over-Full sets of bunkbeds and a TV with a PS4.
Location, Location, Location!!! This home sits in the gated community of Paradise Retreat with entrances from Scenic Hwy 98 and the Emerald Coast Pkwy Hwy 98. Just a quick 8-10 minute walk to the private beach access or an easy 2-3 minute drive to the public beach access and you will have feet in the sugar sand beach!
Although the garage is not available for renters, the driveway has space for 4 standard vehicles. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is readily available for guest use. Please note, the HOA does not allow parking of boats, trailers, jet skis, campers, or RV's in the driveway. Parking or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed. Please follow these rules to avoid a fine.
For those who love to shop, there are excellent malls, outlets, and specialty stores just a few minutes away at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Additionally, you can find some of the excellent waterfront restaurants in the area, including the famous Pompano Joe's and Crab Trap, serving up delicious cuisine just a short drive from our home!

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to wash towels and replenish supplies as needed.
*Please note that due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit.
