Upon entry to this beautifully decorated vacation home, your first view beyond the grand living room is the magnificent views of the private pool with waterfalls and complimented by a furnished patio. Come evening as your family gathers around the poolside you'll want to take in the ambiance glow from the pool waters with the graceful sounds of the water cascading. The white exterior and interior combined with lively beach décor featuring beach themes throughout are sure to put a smile on your face.
The sleek kitchen of this luxury home is fitted with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove for the gourmet chef, and a special area set up with a coffee bar. With the ease of sliding doors from the walk-out kitchen, you'll be able to grill your favorite meal wowing your guests with each perfect meal while dining around the table for 6. Additional seating for 2 is available at the newly added granite countertop bar.
You will fall in love with this newly renovated home that features 4 large bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping a total of 8 guests. This open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen guarantees that there will be plenty of room for all. Whimsical artwork and cool, calm, colors of the shore abound throughout this tasteful home. The master bedroom offers a comforting night in the King bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms offer Queen Beds and a shared bathroom with a large garden tub/shower combo.
Location, Location, Location!!! This home sits in a gated community with entrances from Scenic Hwy 98 and the Emerald Coast Pkwy Hwy 98. Enjoying the sounds of the ocean waves is common here with this being the second house from the main gate on Scenic 98. Just a 4 minute walk and you will have feet in the sugar sand beach!
Although this home does have a garage is not for renters' use however, there is room for 2 standard vehicles in the driveway. A washer and dryer in the laundry room are readily available for guests' use. Please note, the HOA does not allow parking of boats, trailers, jet skis, campers, or RV's in the driveway. Parking or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed. Please follow these rules to avoid a fine.
Need a little retail therapy? Awesome malls, outlets, and specialty shops can be found only minutes away. Of course with shopping comes hungry tummies. Destin has many restaurants to visit if you wish to venture off Scenic 98. If not stay close by and dine and one of several waterfront restaurants close by.
Beach chairs are set up daily from 9 am - 5 pm, March through October.
There will be a beach wagon for you to use and extra beach chairs for you to bring to the beach.
Pool Heat: Available between October - April for an extra fee upon request. If you elect to have the pool heated, please be aware that the heat will only run during the hours of 10am to 10PM. Please contact our office for more details.
This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed.
*In an effort to protect the security of our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Doorbell Camera by the Front Door, as well as additional Surveillance Cameras along the outside perimeter of the home.
