FLOORPLAN
⭐BEDROOM / BATHS
Our condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a twin-over-twin bunk nook, plus a sleeper sofa, that combined can effortlessly accommodate up to 8 people! The gorgeous Master bedroom features a King bed, and a flat-screen TV, and has private balcony access where you can view the lake while you enjoy your morning coffee. The en-suite Master bathroom features a walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, and a double vanity with his and her sinks. This condo also comes with an upgraded washer and dryer for your convenience! The Guest bedroom features a King bed, and a smart TV, and has a shared full bathroom with a bunk nook!

⭐KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM
The Living room also has access to the spacious balcony where you can marvel at the night-time light show on the lake! The Living room features comfortable seating, and a Smart TV, and flows directly into the fully stocked Kitchen! Enjoy preparing your favorite meals with plenty of cookware, utensils, and small appliances! You will also have a Keurig coffee maker to use during your stay!

Our condo has a fabulous location because you can park in the parking deck in the South Garage & walk directly to your room. No need for elevators when you arrive. Our condo is a short walk away from the Kiddy Pool that offers incredible Gulf views! You and your Kiddos will love this convenience! As you walk to and from your condo, you will also get to enjoy peek-a-boo views of the Gulf and feel the warm "Panama Breeze" on your face! This condo is sure to make your vacation dreams come true!

⭐ Laketown Wharf features Five Incredible Pools, A Kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center, Covered Garage Parking, Private Beach Access, Putting Green, Bars, Several restaurants, a Market, an Ice Cream Shop, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of the lakefront boardwalk and easy access to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches! Laketown Wharf also has a newly created conference center with concerts and events and is located within walking distance of other restaurants, shopping, and nightlife! Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Laketown Wharf is the largest single-building condominium vacation resort in the Panama City area. GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other Things To Note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart,  Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.  

Wi-Fi
⭐ The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.  **Bring your passwords for streaming services.**  Don't forget to log out when you leave. 

PARKING
⭐ Laketown Wharf charges a mandatory fee of at least $90 +taxes/fees for parking and wristbands. This one-time charge will provide your party with wristbands and a maximum of 2 parking passes.  Guest to pay prior to arrival and not included with the cost of the rent. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.  Guests must register online with the vehicle make and model before the check-in date and pick them up at the front desk at check-in.  The resort is very strict on parking and unfortunately, will not allow more than 2 vehicles per reservation. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is a -pay-to-park lot around the corner from LTW.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Rentals are available through Adventures At Sea. They also offer banana boat and jet ski rentals! Please inquire for more details after bookings. 

POOLS
⭐ There are five pools (one heated - seasonally) with large sunning decks, 2 huge hot tubs, and a  kiddie pool! No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use the hot tub amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500.  Please note additional rules for more info.  

GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has a wonderful community picnic area with grills on the Lake side of the resort. 

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras throughout the community.  If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS.  If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

ELEVATORS
⭐ Elevator wait times may vary and increase during the peak summer season. But hey, that just means there are more people enjoying the beach too! Please be patient and understanding, and don't let it dampen your amazing time at the beach!  Please know that WE are NOT affiliated with the Laketown Wharf staff and their policies.

⭐ Our property provides a Resort Wi-Fi and a Private Network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed. 

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. 

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce.  Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.  If that isn't an option, our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park.  Our Destin properties, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant.  Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.  

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
