FLOORPLAN
⭐Not In Kansas Anymore is a delightful vacation home with plenty of space for your entire family! The Villages offers one of the most amazing pools in Destin. Just steps from our front door, you can enjoy a guests-only Lagoon Pool with a zero-entry area, waterfalls, a hot tub, tables with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. The tiki-hut adjacent to the pool offers an outdoor TV at a big bar with lots of seating where you can serve yourself. Surround sound music plays all day during the summer months! You will absolutely love this home! 

When you arrive at Not In Kansas Anymore, you will be greeted by a large corner lot, a relaxing covered front porch, and a balcony on each level of the home. Our home includes parking for 2 large vehicles or 3 small economy cars. The exterior main level includes a covered front porch with seating and a private gas grill.

FIRST FLOOR
⭐Make your way into the home and you will see the gorgeous living room with a sofa, a love seat, and a large Roku flat-screen TV. Directly adjacent, you will find the dining room that seats 8, with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The newly updated kitchen features a gorgeous tile backsplash, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals! 

Down the hall, you will find the lovely master bedroom with a king bed, over-sized pull-out chair, Roku flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a custom-built tile shower and double vanity. A pack-n-play for little ones is offered during your stay and is located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. There is also a powder room located on the first floor for your Guests. 

SECOND FLOOR
⭐Make your way to the second floor and you will be greeted by an additional living room making this a perfect hangout for the children and teens with 2 sofas, a Roku flat-screen TV, a pub table with stools, a wet bar, a microwave and access to the front porch. The hallway features a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an oversized vanity. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser, and a Roku flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom includes a Roku flat-screen TV, and 2 sets of bunks, one with twin-over-full and the other with twin-over-twin. The walk-in laundry room with an upgraded washer/dryer is also located on the second floor. 

THIRD FLOOR
⭐Last but not least, is the third floor which includes 2 gorgeous queen bedrooms with nightstands and Roku flat-screen TVs. Both of these bedrooms offer access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee! Just down the hall, don't forget about the separate bunk room that includes a twin-over-full and a Roku TV. These bedrooms share a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combination.  

LOCATION
⭐The Villages of Crystal Beach offers a FREE community Trolley to transport you to the beach during Spring Break and Summer thru Labor Day. Speaking of the Beach, our Home comes with tons of BEACH GEAR which includes, a foldable picnic table, Beach Chairs, Beach umbrellas, a Beach Cart, and a Cooler! 

Destin is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the world with world-class Shopping, Dining, Pristine Golf Courses, and Tennis.

One of the most popular activities in Destin is Boating at Crab Island. The water is crystal clear and shallow enough to anchor your boat and jump out and play in the water, meeting tons of fun people on vacation and local residents. There is even a floating restaurant serving up snacks and sandwiches. In the summer you’ll even find a pizza boat and ice cream boats floating by. Near Crab Island is where you can rent Jet Ski, boats, fishing charters, and Parasailing. Never a dull moment in Destin!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Closets). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking. This is a gated community. Access gate code will be sent prior to arrival via email.

Other Things To Note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart,  Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.  

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know Wi-Fi is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.  **Bring your passwords for streaming services.**  Don't forget to log out when you leave.  

PARKING 
⭐ There is enough room in the driveway of our home for 2 standard sized vehicles - there are no parking passes required. There is extra parking available by the community pool which is used with a first come, first serve process.  Please note that the HOA does not allow motorcycles of any kind within the community. 

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Bring your own beach chairs and equipment to relax on our white sand beaches with breathtaking Emerald Waters! Or have a Beach Setup Service provide you with all the beach chairs and umbrellas you'll need for your stay!  Catch the free seasonal beach tram service for a quick ride to the beach.

POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ There is a Lagoon style pool with a Hot Tub and Tiki Hut located in the center of the Villages of Crystal Beach community.  No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.  

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have the personnel to monitor the community and amenities. If you or your party cause issues, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the host's health and severe allergies, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. 

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce.  Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.  If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant.   Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park!  Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.  

KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
