Welcome to Five O'Clock Somewhere!  Your perfect beach retreat awaits you at this newly redecorated private home!!  This stunning four-bedroom, three-bath house is located in the Exclusive gated community of Destiny East!!

FLOORPLAN
⭐ LIVING ROOM: When you step inside you will be delighted with the open floor plan. Kick back and relax beneath the vaulted ceiling in the living room which features two new sleep sofas with comfy memory foam mattresses (1 queen sleeper and 1 full sleeper). Enjoy a game, show, or movie on the 50-inch smart TV positioned above the fireplace.

⭐ KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The group’s chef will love the kitchen’s plentiful countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and the little helpers will love perching at the kitchen island barstools to supervise.  When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table that seats 6 and an eating area that seats 4.  The large dining table is perfect for group dinners and family gatherings!  

⭐ BEDROOMS: The primary master bedroom features an inviting King-size bed, open bay windows with views of the private backyard, and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a soaking tub.  You also have private access to the back-covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee.

Bedroom 2 features a new queen bed and a 55” Smart TV.  Right outside in the hall, you will find a full bathroom.

Bedroom 3 offers a new queen bed with a 42” Smart TV.

Bedroom 4 offers 2 twin beds and a 55” Smart TV.  Guest bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to a jack & jill bathroom that has a tub/shower combo and separate vanities for each room.

⭐ BACKYARD: Ready for a BBQ!  With the ease of the sliding doors in the living room, step out onto the serene, covered patio where you’ll be able to grill up your catch of the day or favorite meal wowing your guest with each perfect meal while dining around the table for 6.  You can enjoy the sunshine while you BBQ for the family!  The yard offers plenty of space for stay-at-home picnics and games!

GOLF CART
⭐ As a special bonus, our generous homeowners have included their 6-seater golf cart with your stay (subject to availability), allowing you to explore the area and head to the beach effortlessly! To ensure a smooth experience, kindly note that prior to releasing the key information, we require the signed golf cart agreement to be returned. Drivers must be 25 years or older, presenting proof of ID and insurance. The golf cart accommodates a maximum of 6 guests at all times. This is the homeowners' personal property, so we ask that you treat it with the utmost care and respect. Any damages incurred will be charged to your Credit Card. While we strive to ensure this extra amenity is always available, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance, breakdowns, or damage caused by previous guests. Please note that traveling along Highway 98 is prohibited. Child restraints and car seats are REQUIRED for all children traveling in low-speed vehicles.


DESTINY EAST GATE COMMUNITY
⭐Discover amenities abound at the exclusive community of Destiny East.  This community with public beach access just a few blocks away and features 2 community pools, a tennis court, a fitness center, an expansive clubhouse with a movie theater, an outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area, a children's playground, and walking trails. 

Although this home does have a garage it is not for renters' use, there is room for 4 standard vehicles in the driveway.   A washer and dryer in the laundry room are readily available for guests' use. Please note that the HOA does not allow parking of boats, trailers, jet skis, campers, or RVs in the driveway.  Parking or blocking the sidewalk is not allowed.  Please follow these rules to avoid a fine.  ⭐ Lawn will be mowed on Wednesdays or Friday's depending on the weather.  

Need a little retail therapy?  Awesome malls, outlets, and specialty shops can be found only minutes away.  Of course, with shopping comes hungry tummies.  Destin has many restaurants to visit if you wish to venture off Scenic 98.  If not stay close by and dine and one of several waterfront restaurants close by.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply limited bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart,  Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides private Wi-Fi.  The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  Our Wi-Fi signals may not be optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.  **Bring your passwords for streaming services.**  Don't forget to log out when you leave.  

PARKING
⭐ The driveway has space for 3 large vehicles or 4 smaller vehicles (cars can not block the sidewalk).  No street parking is allowed after 1 a.m. A citation will be issued per HOA rules if a vehicle is parked on the street after this time. If a citation is issued on the same vehicle two nights in a row, then the vehicle will be towed at the guests' expense.  There is no overflow parking.  The HOA rules also state that no boats, trailers, campers, or motorhomes are allowed.  

BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The closest public beach access is at James Lee Park.  This is approximately an 18-minute walk or a 1-minute car ride.  Parking is first come first serve here.  You will find picnic shelters, public restrooms, and the Crab Trap Restaurant at this beach access.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book.  The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.  Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.  No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 p.m. CST. Check-out is any time before 10 a.m. CST. 

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce.  Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.  If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant.   Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park!  Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.  

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
