Complete with a two-car garage and a spacious driveway accommodating up to four vehicles, potentially six with compact cars, this property ensures both comfort and convenience during your stay!
FIRST FLOOR, GROUND LEVEL
⭐ As you enter the ground level, you'll step into a cozy separate living area featuring a TV and two custom-built twin over twin bunk beds, accommodating up to four guests comfortably. Additionally, a private bedroom awaits, furnished with a queen bed and offering direct access to the fenced backyard and balcony featuring lake views! A beautifully updated full shared bathroom is conveniently situated on this level. Guests also have access to the garage, where a full-size washer and dryer are provided for their convenience. This floor can accommodate a total of six guests.
SECOND-FLOOR MAIN LIVING AREA
⭐ Step into the main living area, where an open and spacious floor plan awaits! The living room offers serene views of the lake and opens up to a covered balcony, perfect for relaxation. Overlooking both the lake and the living room, the FULLY REMODELED modern kitchen provides brand-new appliances, countertops, and more! Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining room with a large table with plenty of seating, featuring French doors that lead to a covered balcony at the front. This floor also includes one private bedroom with a queen bed, granting access to the balcony, and one full bathroom in the hallway. In total, this floor comfortably accommodates two guests.

Across the hall, you’ll find two additional guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and a shared balcony with breathtaking Gulf views. There is a hall a bathroom with a convenient tub/shower combo as well. Altogether, this floor accommodates up to eight guests.
FORTH FLOOR LOFT
⭐ A house favorite! Enjoy enchanting Gulf views of the Emerald Coast from the private balcony. This charming space features two queen beds, a TV, and can comfortably sleep four.
CRESCENT RESORT
⭐ Enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive resort facilities at Crescent Beach Resort, just steps from the home! These include a 4,500 sq. ft. lagoon and lap pools (heated seasonally), a hot tub, and private beach access, all available with the provided wristbands.
*Per the HOA, the large swimming pool will undergo resurfacing and tiling from December 9th to December 13th (weather permitting). During this time, the small pool will remain open and available for guest use. Since the small pool is the only heated one, we hope that this brief closure of the large pool will have minimal impact on our guests during the winter season!*
After a day at the beach, explore numerous shopping and dining options within a five-minute drive. Discover the Silver Shells Outlet Mall, featuring a variety of retail stores, and enjoy dining at local favorites like Surf Hut, Carrabba's, and Austin's.
For even more shopping, head to Grand Boulevard, where you can indulge at Magnolia, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahama, and Publix Grocery. Treat yourself to delicious ice cream and chocolates at Kilwins. This area also boasts excellent restaurants, a movie theater, and hosts various town events!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet & Elevator). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provides Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for 4 vehicles potentially 6 with compact cars. 2 in the garage and 2-4 in the driveway.
POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and one hot tub at the Crescent Resort that our guest will be allowed to use via bands provided at the onsite registration office. You will be sent more information before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
⭐ Our property has outdoor cameras as well as the resort will have them around the grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
