**Property Improvement Project**
The resort has begun a waterproofing process on the exterior of the building starting October 16th, 2023 through January 31st, 2024, with a continuation of the restoration project on the walkway, stairs, and trash chute area. This will include removing old paint and grinding down to the bare concrete floors prior to adding the new coatings. This will create sound vibrations throughout the floors. No further discounts will be given due to the improvement project. We will continue to update this message as advances are made in the project.
Welcome to Delightful Waves at Pelican Beach 717! Our two-bedroom, gulf view condo is the ideal location for you and your guest. Recently updated with fresh paint, new living room furniture, bedroom furniture and mattresses this is exactly what you're looking for. The master suite features a king bed with gulf views, sliding door access to the balcony and an attached bath featuring granite countertops and a garden tub! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with access to the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and hallway access. There is also a stackable washer and dryer for guest use. Be captivating when stepping out from the living room sliding doors to the balcony where the sounds of ocean waves will bring you so much relaxation that you'll want to book your next stay before leaving. Even from the kitchen you'll have views of the emerald gulf waters. Being able to utilize a fully equipped kitchen while watching the waves is one of the best perks!

This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
Pelican Beach Amenities include:
3 adult pools (gulf front zero entry, eastside with more shade, or indoor heated /swim through outdoor) and a shallow kiddie pool. An adult must accompany children under the age of 14 while in the pool area.
