Just a short drive away is Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and the Destin Commons with their abundance of shops and restaurants. Or, head to down to Destin Harborwalk known as the Luckiest Fishing Village for additional nightlife, bars and quaint shops.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Maximum of 2 vehicles (strictly enforced).The parking passes will be inside the unit next to the black property binder on the counter. The resort is very strict on parking and unfortunately, will not allow more than 2 vehicles per reservation.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. However, rentals are available through Twilight Beach Service. The beach setup is near Pompano Street near Crystal Sands Condo.
POOLS / HOT TUBS
⭐ There is one pool (heated - seasonally) and one hot tub. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use the hot tub amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
GRILL
⭐ Grills are not allowed on the balcony. The resort has grilling stations on the south side of the building.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
TRASH
⭐All garbage must be bagged and taken to the dumpster that is located on the northeast corner of the building.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
