POOLS/HOT TUB 
⭐  This home features a private pool in the fenced in backyard with optional $65 per day heating available October–April (please notify our team if interested) chaise lounge chairs, and sun deck. Please note that no alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool. For safety reasons, adding any items to the pool or hot tub, such as bath salts or bath bombs, is not permitted. Any damages or additional cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur a $500 fee, including the full replacement cost if necessary. Please review and follow all safety guidelines and use these amenities at your own risk.

BEACH GEAR 
⭐ You'll typically find beach gear available for guest use, including items like beach chairs, an umbrella, and pool/beach toys. Please note we can't guarantee what will be available upon your arrival. We kindly ask that you rinse off any sand and return the items neatly before checking out. 

GRILLING 
⭐ A gas grill is available for your use in the backyard, and we’ll provide the propane! Please remember to clean the grill after use and keep it positioned away from the house. 

THINGS TO KNOW
⭐️ Saturday–Saturday stays are required during peak season
⭐️ Pool heating available for $65/day (Oct -April) – advance notice required
⭐️ No smoking inside the home
⭐️ Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee.  $300 first pet, $150 for one additional pet.  2 pets max.  This will be applied after the booking has been made and not included in the property reservation cost.
⭐️ Golf carts can be rented but not included with your reservation.  You can search golf cart rentals in the Destin area for local companies.  Please note these will count as one parking spot.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code along with additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply limited bath towels, one washcloth per person, and hand towels. We do not provide seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides private Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  Our Wi-Fi signals may not be optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for TV streaming services on the Smart TV's.  Cable TV is not provided. ** Don't forget to log out when you leave**.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is for six vehicles.  No street parking.  

PET FRIENDLY - IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BRINGING A PET
⭐ We're happy to welcome up to (2) pets max to our home! Your furry friend(s) must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and leashed whenever outside. Please be sure to pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) two. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 + tax for one pet and a total of $450 + tax for two pets is required and will be charged AFTER the booking is made (this fee is NOT included in the property rental cost). Our Pet Agreement must be signed after booking, along with submission of up-to-date vaccine records valid through the END of your stay. If management is not notified beforehand, an additional $500 fee will apply.

BEACH ACCESS - Just 3 Blocks Away!
⭐ Getting to the beach is quick and easy! The Tarpon Beach Access is located just three blocks from the home, making it a convenient 5-7 min walk for guests of all ages. Enjoy direct access to Destin’s famous sugar-white sand and emerald-green water — perfect for sunrise strolls, family beach days, and sunset views.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
