⭐ This two-bedroom, two-bath, condo can comfortably accommodate six guests and offers an open floor plan to gather the family! You will enjoy the comforts of home during your stay, including the completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware and dishware. You will love the new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances! You will find a cozy living area, elegant dining table with seating for 6 with additional seating at the countertop bar. The private screened-in porch overlooks the resort courtyard and pool and is perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee.
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed and TV, and if you must work, there is an amazing desk should you need one. The attached, beautifully remodeled en-suite bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower. The inviting guest room offers two full beds and a TV which would be a perfect place for your children to relax after a long and fun in the sun day! The newly updated hall bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
For your convenience, you will find a full-size washer and dryer in the unit.

⭐ Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis premier beach and tennis resort is located along the incredible white sandy beaches of Northwest Florida making it a perfect family oasis. Tucked amidst the beautiful oak trees and beach dunes is a resort that is great for rest and relaxation. The lush 27-acre resort provides plenty of space for relaxation as well as recreation. On-site amenities such as a lake with a fishing pier, lighted Basketball court, NEW Pickleball courts, professional-quality Tennis facility (tennis courts available for a small court fee), outdoor grills, pool, and hot tubs, seasonal tram service, children’s playground, and more.
While you could surely spend most of your time unwinding by the sandy shore which is a short walk from the cottage, you will also want to venture out to experience all that the surrounding areas have to offer. Visit one of the numerous nearby restaurants for a taste of delicious seafood cuisine and enjoy a multitude of beach-side bars for some evening fun. Shopping and entertainment enthusiasts will also be particularly ecstatic to find Silver Sands Outlet Mall, amazing Golf courses, and large family amusement areas within 15 minutes of the property!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, two laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Publix, or Winn-Dixie or bring them from home.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides a private network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Guests are allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved). Parking is available on the north side of the building and along the east side of the parking area next to the pool and grilling area.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES / POOL / GRILL
⭐ There is a community pool and hot tub just a few feet from our condo! Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info. Community grills are located throughout the property.
BEACH GEAR
⭐ Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas at our condo for your enjoyment. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be provided in the House Manual that you will get after booking.
SECURITY
⭐ Security cameras are located throughout the grounds for the safety of homeowners and guests.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book
The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.
Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.
No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
