FLOOR PLAN
⭐ This recently updated condo features furnishings that will make you feel right at home at this beach retreat. You will enter a living room with a soothing, neutral color palette and comfy upholstery. The sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper with an upgraded mattress for the extra guests. After a long day on the beach, sit and relax on the sofa, put your feet up on the plush ottoman, and relax while enjoying your favorite programs on the 50” UHD TV.

For the chef in you, the kitchen will have everything you need to cook your favorite meals. It is nicely appointed with beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. There is dining for four with extra seating in the kitchen bar area.

At the end of the day, the spacious Master Bedroom offers panoramic ocean views with a wall of windows overlooking the beach. The king-sized bed offers top-quality bedding and nicely appointed furnishings. A flat-screen TV is provided to enjoy your favorite late-night programs. The bathroom boasts an updated granite vanity with a tub and shower combo. This condo provides a washer and dryer in the unit.

RESORT
⭐The resort Pool Renovation project will begin on September 09, 2024, with anticipated completion on March 01, 2025.  Our nightly rates have been adjusted during this construction phase.  No additional discounts will be provided once you have made the reservation or checked in to the property.  

Here is what you will need to know about closures during the renovation:
- Pool & pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project
- Beach walkover & beach access will be closed for the duration of the project.  However, you will have beach access located to the left side of Beachside 2, and through the beach house restaurant and pool beach access.
- The 1st floor and 2nd set of automated doors will be closed off to prohibit access to the deck area
- The 2nd floor landing stairs will be closed but the sundeck will remain open for access

Alternative Pool Access:
Beach House Restaurant Pool (Next door to Beachside 2)
Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of Sandestin
Linkside Pool (Anticipated Open Date in November 2024)

EXPLORE THE AREA
⭐When you’re done on the beach, head over to Baytowne Wharf, which offers more fun adventures and yummy treats -- Zip Line, Tower Climb, Paddleboards, Spa, Water sports, biking, tennis, fishing, and a wide variety of restaurants. Oh, and don’t forget about golf! 


Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort has four amazing golf courses within minutes. Burnt Pines Golf Club – Deemed the “Crown Jewel of Florida Golf” by Golf Magazine and recognized as one of the “Top 30 Courses in Florida” by Golf Digest and Golfweek. The Links is named one of the “Top Five Golf Courses in Northwest Florida by Florida Golf News. Please note that this is not an all-inclusive resort. You must pay for additional usage to watersport rentals, the gym, golf, restaurants, food, activities, etc.

Nightlife? Of course! In Baytowne, you’ll enjoy the sunset, food, drinks, and live music. During the summer, there are also spectacular fireworks displays every Tuesday. 

Did I forget to mention shopping?  Head to Grand Boulevard, where you can shop your heart away at Altar'd State, Anthropologie, Vineyard Vines, Lululemon, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, Kilwins, and many more.  There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, and town events (even a farmers market)!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ The resort provides an open network. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Upon arrival, you will pick up parking passes from the guard gate. There is no additional cost associated with the parking passes. Parking is available in the covered garage but please note it is first come, first serve.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Our condo is located on the beachside. Typically, you can find beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas in the living room closet. This is a leave one, take one setup, so we do not guarantee what will be available upon arrival. If you would rather rent beach chairs, that is also an option! More details will be in the House Manual after booking.

POOL

GOLF CART
⭐ This condo does not come with a golf cart. Please note: Outside golf cart/scooter rentals are prohibited.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. The HOA contracts with a security service to provide security for Resort grounds and amenities. The resort may have cameras throughout the grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.  No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
