⭐ Comfort, Relaxation, Serenity, and Fun! All of this will greet you when you enter Acres Away! Offering five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and over 2,500 sq ft, you'll have abundant space for the whole family! The first and second-floor feature patio and deck areas for enjoyment and relaxation.
The first floor (sleeps 6) features a Bunk room with two sets of built-in twin bunk beds, a Guest Bedroom with a King sized bed, a shared Full Bathroom, a spacious rear-patio area, a washer and dryer, plenty of closet space, and a two-car garage.
Make your way upstairs to the second floor (sleeps 4), and you will find the tastefully decorated Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Guest bedroom, bathroom, and a rear deck area for your enjoyment. The Living room features a full-size sectional sleeper sofa with an additional seating area (nestled behind the sofa) and a large flat-screen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing. The decorative dining area has a custom wood dining table that seats eight comfortably, with an adjacent seating area for six at the island table in the kitchen, perfect for family dinners or entertaining. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a fabulous dinner and features granite countertops and a full array of stainless steel appliances. The guest bedroom is easily located near the Kitchen and includes a Queen sized bed, a private deck, a walk-in closet, and a shared full bath with access to the kitchen/living area.
Following the staircase up to the 3rd floor (sleeps 4), you'll be in awe of the Master Bedroom with a King deluxe-sized bed, large flat screen Smart TV, huge walk-in closet, and best of all... the spacious bathroom. This bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with glass doors, two shower heads, a large steel garden tub INSIDE the shower, beautiful tile, granite countertops, and Moen faucets. This is a top-notch luxury that will become your oasis. GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ The Wi-Fi info will be found in the kitchen counter's property binder and the Airbnb House Manual. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ There are no parking passes required. Our property can accommodate four vehicles by parking two small vehicles in the garage.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ Complimentary beach service is not included. Rentals are available through Hunter Beach Service. Contact info will be provided after booking!
POOL
⭐ There is a community pool that is heated from March 8 - April 19. It is just a few doors down from our townhome!
SECURITY
⭐ To protect the security of both our homeowner and guests, there is a Ring Doorbell entry camera and a surveillance camera in the garage, pointed toward the street. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in to avoid cancellation with no refund. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
