FLOORPLAN
⭐Elegance on the Gulf has it all! Lakefront home with some Gulf views, 165 easy steps to the beach, and 75 steps to resort facilities, plus a two car garage and large driveway to accommodate 4 vehicles, possibly 6 if compact cars. 

FIRST FLOOR, GROUND LEVEL
⭐As you enter the separate living room area with a TV you will find a queen sleeper sofa and a bunk bed featuring a double/full mattress on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a private bedroom with a queen bed and access to the fenced backyard and balcony with lake views (sleeps 6 total). You will have access to the garage and washer and dryer on this level.

SECOND-FLOOR MAIN LIVING AREA
⭐Open spacious floor plan with a living room that opens out to a peaceful lake view and covered balcony. The modern kitchen with a dining area overlooks the lake and living room. The is a separate dining room that has French doors that opens up to the front covered balcony. This floor also has 1 private bedroom with a queen bed with access to the balcony and 1 full bath in the hallway. (sleeps 2 total).

THIRD FLOOR
⭐Here you will find the primary bedroom luxury suite that showcases a trey ceiling and crown molding, a queen bed, an extra sitting area with an additional queen bed (has its own door so this room is perfect for families), an upgraded bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, his/her separate vanities, large tiled shower, and over-sized closet. All with peaceful lake views from your private balcony. Across the hall, you will find Two (2) additional guest bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a shared balcony with Gulf views. In the hallway is 1 bathroom with a combo tub/shower. (sleeps 8 total)

FORTH FLOOR LOFT
⭐ A house favorite! Magical Gulf views of the Emerald Coast from the private balcony WITH 2 queen beds. (sleeps 4).

CRESCENT RESORT
⭐Your rental comes with the FREE use of the limited resort facilities that include 4,500 s.f. Lagoon and lap pools (heated seasonally), hot tub, and
private beach access at the Crescent Beach Resort by use of provided wristbands, are just adjacent to the home.

When you are done at the beach you will have many opportunities to shop and dine all within a 5 mins drive from our home. Visit Silver Shells Outlet Mall with an abundance of retail stores, Winn Dixie and restaurants like Surf Hut, Carrabba's, and Austins are some of our favorites.

Did I forget to mention shopping? Head to Grand Boulevard where you can shop your heart away at Magnolia, Pottery Barn, Tommy Bahamas, Publix Grocery, and Kilwins for the most amazing ice cream, chocolate goodies, and many more. There are more excellent restaurants here, a movie theater, and town events.

GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

Other things to note:

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing and laundry packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property does provides Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available for 4 vehicles. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. 2 additional vehicles may park at the Crescent Resort,

POOLS/HOT TUB
⭐ There are two pools and one hot tub at the Crescent Resort that our guest will be allowed to use via bands provided at the onsite registration office. You will be sent more information before check-in. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property has outdoor cameras as well as the resort will have them around the grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
