This property, which is new to the rental program, offers an open floor plan that's perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. Plus, you'll love the screened-in patio and spacious backyard for enjoying summer nights around the outdoor fire pit and twinkling patio string lights. Your furry friends will adore their beach vacation, and we've made sure to provide everything they'll need, including pet blankets, dog bowls, and toys. You'll have access to the garage, where we have provided a beach tent, beach wagon, and even a small and large kennel.  The Master Suite boasts a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, while the guest bedroom features a King Bed and shares a hallway bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the home for your convenience. It's a Shore Bet is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach! Book your new favorite vacation today!

AREA  ATTRACTIONS
⭐ Laguna Beach is your throwback to old Panama City Beach.  With mainly homes in the area, this up-and-coming neighborhood offers quiet beaches and a family-friendly atmosphere. This location is close to the famous 30A, where you will find awesome shopping and restaurants!  Make your way to the beach, which is around 300 steps from the home, and you will enjoy the never-ending views of the pristine emerald coast waters, watch the sea oats swaying in the wind, or explore the white sandy beaches truly the simple life.  Enjoy fewer crowds but still have a short drive from all the attractions that Panama City Beach has to offer.  This home is less than a mile from some local Landmarks: Carousel is a one-stop shop for groceries, packaged liquors, gift shop, plus a wine and cheese cellar!  Thomas Donut & Snack Shop has an incredible selection of handmade donuts and snacks of all kinds to suit your beach cravings!

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill!  With more than 125 retail, dining, and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores, ranging from the whole family to home goods, shoes, and jewelry.  You will find dozens of dining options from fast to casual to special occasions.  So many options to choose from like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Hook’s Pier Bar & Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, The Back Porch, and many more.  Pier Park has many exciting attractions for visitors of all ages and interests.  You can catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater or take a spin on the Sky Wheel and enjoy the amazing views.

PETS
⭐ This home is pet-friendly! We must be notified if you or someone in your party are bringing pets. Pets must be well-behaved, and always on a leash outside. You must pick up after all potty breaks. Please crate your dogs which are provided for your use when you are not in the home. The maximum number of pets is 2.  A non-refundable pet fee of $200 for one pet plus tax and $200 for an additional pet plus tax is required as well as a signed copy of our Pet Agreement.  Kennels are available in the garage as well as a cover for the furniture, bowls and even dog toys!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart,  Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.  

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength.  We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay.  **Bring your passwords for streaming services.**  Don't forget to log out when you leave.  

PARKING
⭐ No parking passes required and there is enough room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. ONLY park on our side - UNIT A

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ There is no provided beach service. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a canopy in the garage for guest use! The closest beach access is #93 and approximately a 3 - minute walk.  Pets are not allowed on this area of the beach.

SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell on the front of the home.  If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book.  The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property.  Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in.  No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST. 

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm.  If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant.  Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park!  Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.  

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and a fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside or outside.  A fine of $500 per occurrence will be charged to the primary cardholder on file

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
