The perfect beach getaway awaits you at this 2nd floor one bedroom, two bath condo that will sleep up to six people. An open living, dining and kitchen area is tastefully accessorized and perfect for romance, relaxation or lively entertaining. For your enjoyment you will find in the unit some complimentary beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to make your trips to the beach easy and convenient.
LIVING AREA
The inviting Living Room presents stunning Gulf views, an 85” flat-screen smart TV with sound system, and a brand-new Queen-sized sleeper sofa. Your family will love relaxing in this comfortable living room after a day at the beach!
KITCHEN & DINING
Charm your guests in the open living room as you prepare a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The Kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare your favorite meals with ease! When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table or perch at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOM & BATH
This condo includes one bedroom and a bunk den. The bedroom is outfitted with a King-size bed, a 65” flat screen smart TV, and a larger bedroom closet for extra storage. The en-suite bath features a tub/shower combination. In the hall you will find built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed, a Roku TV for the kids to enjoy and direct access to the second bathroom with a walk-in shower. Don't forget, a washer and dryer is provided for your convenience!

Relax on the private balcony that is located off the living room and allows you and your guests to take in the sunshine and the most amazing Gulf views.

Majestic Sun Resort is in Miramar Beach between the heart of Destin and Sandestin. Majestic Sun offers guests a 3,200 square foot super-heated indoor/outdoor pool with waterfalls, 2 whirlpool Jacuzzi’s, and a fitness center; as well as 2,000 square feet of beachfront access, an 18-hole golf course, 8 tennis courts, nature trail, freshwater lakes, beachside bar and grill, and so much more (Golfing and Beach service are at an additional fee). Beach access is located right in front of Majestic Sun. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach and lounge on the sugar-white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort and the nearby amenities are plentiful with numerous restaurants close by (including three you can walk to in minutes), multiple grocery stores, churches, several golf courses within a 10-mile radius, shopping avenues like Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, and water sports such as Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, and more!
*Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
This property is stocked with a Starter Kit to get you through your first 24 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not supply beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, or liquid dishwashing detergent. Guests will need to wash towels and replenish supplies as needed.
